How long does it take?
Creating a Memoir is a labour of love — each photo is individually animated and scored with original music. Depending on the number of photos, your film is typically ready within 8 to 20 minutes. You'll receive an email the moment it's done.
What does the film actually look like?
A 2–4 minute HD film (1920×1080) where each photo has gentle cinematic motion. Original AI-composed instrumental music plays underneath, and your loved one's name and occasion appear as an overlay.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are uploaded over HTTPS and stored in secure cloud storage while we create your film. They are deleted automatically after 30 days (or sooner if you ask us to remove them). We do not sell your images, use them for advertising, or train third-party AI models on them. See our Terms of Service for details.
What format is the download?
